It is with a heavy heart, that as a committee, we have decided to suspend club after tomorrow’s session. We have a duty of care & therefore will heed BIS & the Government’s advice on social distancing. If you do decide you would like to skate tomorrow, please, please be sensible. Leave a couple of metres distance between each other & DO NOT come if you fall into any of the categories on the NHS website. We will of course be watching developments & truly hope that we will all be back on the ice & enjoying the sport we love, in the not too distant future.
AGM – Friday 8th November
The AGM will start at 19:00
No Adult Lesson Friday 8th November
Kevin is away this week so there will be no adult edge class.
No Club Friday 25th October
Due to an extended public session for Stand Up to Cancer, there will be no club session. The rink will be open for a public session 16:00 – 19:00.
Christmas Dates
There will be NO club on 21st December as the rink is closed.
On 14th December there will be NO edge class as Kevin is away.
There IS club on 28th December.
We wish all our members a very happy Christmas.
Notice to all members
Please be aware that, for the next 3 Friday’s, there will be intensive rehearsals for the Christmas show, therefore space on the ice maybe limited. Thanks for your understanding.
Competitions – New home
The club plans to stage spin – jump -spiral competitions periodically.
Plus exhibition of programmes, separated by skating level, once or twice per year.
